How long can I borrow a book for?
For all books you can borrow them for one month.
What if I need to borrow the book longer?
You can borrow the book for a second period of one month. All you need to do is come into the library and we will update our records.
If you cannot come into the library. Email us at maraetailibrary@outlook.com. We will then extend your time to borrow the book and let you know.
Where can I return my borrowed books?
For books borrowed from Maraetai Library, they must be returned to Maraetai Library.
Does the library change books frequently?
Yes, we get new books into the library frequently through two methods.
We are swapping books in and out of Maraetai Libraries own collection of books frequently.
Maraetai Library also get books exchanged with Auckland Library system every four months.
